Delivery Zones

We operate two delivery zones; prices for Zone 1 include FREE local delivery within an approximate 10-mile radius of Dorking, Surrey whilst deliveries to Zone 2, which covers a large part of London and the South East, carry a small delivery charge.

Delivery Method

All products and materials are delivered by our own or sub contracted vehicles. With the exception of turf, which is always delivered using a vehicle fitted with a rear mounted fork lift truck, all bulk bag deliveries within Zone 1 are made using an 18 ton 6 wheeler tipper with grab whilst deliveries to Zone 2 are generally made using lorries fitted with rear mounted fork lift trucks, meaning that subject to access restrictions, we can place your order exactly where you want it. Please note that the forklifts require 8ft 6in wide clearance.

10t loose loads are delivered using an 18 ton 6 wheeler tipper whilst larger loads up to 20t are delivered using a 20 ton 8 wheel tipper.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be to the kerbside at the delivery address. If delivery is to be within the perimeter of the premises, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is adequate vehicular access for the delivery vehicle. It is further agreed and understood that, at all times, it will be the delivery driver's decision as to the adequacy of the access and the delivery driver's decision is final. In the event of inadequate access, delivery will be made at the kerbside of the delivery address. In the event that a customer wishes up to deliver to their premises, this is done on the strict understanding that we take no responsibility what-so-ever for any resultant damage.

Occasionally different products contained in the same order may be delivered separately.
